Reducing the impact of flooding

Time and time again, wet weather leads to flooding across Broxbourne.

I questioned the Minister responsible for flooding about what's being done to reduce the impact of floods when they occur, and how we can ensure the Environment Agency is held accountable for their management of flooding risks.
